David was a member of Transform for many years before taking on role as a Trainer at the gym.
David competed in a bodybuilding show a few years ago so he could show his clients what he is capable of achieving, so he can then help them achieve in their own goals.
David loves creating and designing training programmes for different individual needs. David also takes the boot-camp classes at Transform, he loves setting challenges every week for our members in these classes.
You will find David walking the floor at Transform to keep an eye on you to make sure you are training correctly, he is available for one on one sessions or if you want a new training programme.
