A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by one of our personal trainers.
These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise.
We strengthen all the little areas of the body that you don’t often use in the gym boot camp is much more than just another fitness class.

TRANSFORM Tonka PowerLifting Team

Over the last 6 years Powerlifting has grown, especially with female lifters so Transform has created a group that get together
every three to four weeks to go over lifts and encourage each other.

Not all wish to compete in a powerlfiting comp but love to learn how to lift properly and get stronger.
Transform has had up to a team of 8 compete in GPC Powerlfiting comps over the last 4 years and keep encouraging people to give it a go.
